Join us in this 4 hour class hosted by Panther Island Brewing where Dayne Weaver of Dayne’s Craft Barbecue walks you step-by-step through his process of creating melt in your mouth brisket. From sourcing quality meat and fire management, to trimming and seasoning- he’ll cover it all!
Attendees will receive a BBQ FEAST in addition to 3 Panther Island Brewing beers in a souvenir glass. Class is 11am to 3pm with plenty of time allotted for Q&A.
