Beertenders

We are interested in hiring beertenders who have interest in being a shift manager and have availability to work Saturday and Sunday closing shifts.

All of the following is required.

Service industry experience

You must have had experience handling a till

Can following open and closing protocols

Have a TABC and Food Handlers certification

Basic craft beer knowledge

Verify and identify age requirements of customers

Process payments for customers

Make suggestions based on customers taste and preferences

Open and maintain tabs through shift

Work well with other beertenders

Keep up with shift duties like keeping messes swept up, tables clean, items stocked etc.

Bring a positive attitude

Starting off you will make $3 an hour. We love to promote within the company! Once you are a manager you get a bonus of $15 per shift. You will split your cash and credit tips with all beertenders that work the same day. It is divided by hours worked per each beertender. Checks are ready to be picked up every Monday by 1.
