Next up in the Funky Worth series is our 5% funked up blonde ale, Texas Wild. This batch was aged on Texas Wild Brett yeast that our good friend, Christopher Tidwell, isolated from a spontaneous fermentation in 2016, transferred into a French cabernet barrel and aged for 8 months. Come grab a pint to enjoy in our taproom Thursday-Sunday, then fill a 32oz or 64oz growler and/or a bottle of it to go
